        I disagree with two hours being reasonable for what appears to be a first offense in only caps - the server I play/played on would give three or so warnings before a five minute (escalates if offense is repeated) mute. Anyways, I don't think it's likely to change on Mega, as it seems that people believe harsher punishments make a nicer community, even though (I believe) it's more trust and forgiveness which do that.
