So I was using an Epic Key at the crates and I was rewarded with "Access to heal". Now because nothing happened I assume this means one could use the /heal command. But as an Elite I already can use that command. So the reward is completely useless. I would suggest if a player already has the command give them another reward. Especially if they bought the key. Because that would be like throwing away $3. While I did not buy the key, so it does not bother me that much, but I would hate for someone else to waste their money.
