I am gonna miss The Kadrek, the Owner, but as long as The Kadrek stays around, I am happy. This must have been a very tough decision to make, and I will always respect you for that.
I fully respect this, Kad. In a way, its shocking! I mean, I really respect your decision, its just who will take your place? I mean, a position for owner is rare, and I think the most active Super Admin should replace you. Good Luck with real life!

We are sad you have stepped down. It was your choice and I respected that. I would of done the same. Anyways the main question is will there be a new Owner? Or is it only Blue now. Anyways I was many of the 1st to see your rank go down and I 1st though it was a joke but its real. I hope SuperAdmin will fit you well Kad!
The of mistake is terrible, yet many people make it. You actually mean would have or would've. Sanei said in his post two spaces above that there will be no new owner to replace Kadrek.
I understand life catching up to ya. I think that's becoming the case with a lot of mature members on here. Glad to see you at least are sticking around. Not sure what's going on with the staff, but assuming there's a staff-only section on the forums (which I would hope there would be), can't you just post a thread on there and establish a precedent of server rules/regulations for staff to follow and punish those who don't follow it? What am I missing with this?
For those of you who don't know, Kad was not always owner. Quite frankly, I remember when he was Mod. And although Kad and I have had our issues, and I'm sure that won't change, I wish you luck on SuperAdmin, and with whatever goes on IRL, which is none of my business.
