Idea: A redstone rank when you are an expert with redstone with this rank you than can enable redstone and maybe observers?
We've already had posts about Redstone Ranks that have been denied. Since most redstone builds are shown online it'd be incredibly easy to obtain this rank because you could just copy it off the internet, + we'd need to find a way to make it so you aren't submitting the build for a build rank which would be a lot of work. https://ajgaming.net/forum/threads/redstone-ranks.6730/
