I am currently working on getting a backup from the secondary RAID drive, however I have yet to be able to accomplish this. I will likely need to wait until tomorrow before I can get everything working correctly. Once the backup is made, the HDD should be quick to replace and, if lucky, we will be back up tomorrow. More than likely it will be until Tuesday or later though.

I am currently conducting a server-side backup process to an external server. Once this process is complete, the new hard drive will be ready to be installed.

Current ETA is Tuesday, however if we are lucky it might be up later tonight.

Map is fine.

We've had extended downtime like this (actually we had a long period of downtime like this around the same time last year when we switched to the new box), but nothing to this scale in terms of failures.

How old is the backup, how much work might need to be redone?

 

Current time. Nothing was lost.

 

Status Update
Server backup is complete. I have contacted the operators and the hard-drive will be replaced soon. ETA for return to online is tomorrow (Tuesday)!
