Agree with Fault's post, only thing you actually provided proof for is your own mutes for seemingly valid reasons lol. I've not seen any "abusive" behaviour from him at all. Also before anyone calls him out on this: A lot of stuff should have changed on Mega that hasn't, or changed without being said. Like staff applications, https://mc-mega.com/forum/applicationform/staff-application.2/form here it says you need TeamSpeak to become staff, but you don't, because Mega uses Discord now and there is never anyone at all on their TS. It's natural to make mistakes, forget things etc. you can't blame him From what I have heard, he's not a native English speaker, which is why that might come out as unpleasant, what I see is that he's trying to phrase things like that politely and can't do it well because English isn't a language he's used to. You're also providing no context for this, I try to be very nice to new players and those who have only broken rules a few times when warning them, but if someone is clearly trolling and has been obnoxious for all of their time on the server, I drop most sense of warmth/niceness as all it would do is make my messages longer.
