/rp commands

    So, I discovered earlier that the new /rp commands are out. Yet I wanna guess that the bugs haven't exactly been sorted out due to regular players cannot do /rp create. Any information about that?

    The command does nothing, as I haven't finished the plugin. The command only exists because I was testing it and forgot to remove it before I moved into college and wasn't able to get on for a while.
