a lot of people in Mega are discussing how bad staff is. In my opinion staff are great. Dont be group of gorillas saying how they are terrible they are. I would like to put a poll of your favorite staff member.

In my opinion, picking favorites is not a lot better than calling them all bad, especially if someone is favoured for silly reasons or disliked because of a misunderstanding - it's demotivating and discouraging for those with a lower vote. Trained or not, they're giving up their free time to help without being paid. Also, if you're going to put a few ex staff members here, you may as well have them all, which then kind of defeats the purpose of choosing a favourite staff member out of the current ones, who get criticised and/or hated a lot more than those in the past. And would also take research to find out who was staff a few years back. And if they were from a few years back almost no-one will remember them now. -.-
I couldn't fit that many staff members into a poll also, I just though it as a positive way. Sorry about that.
