As you may know, 1.9 is going to be coming. This may be one of the most 'controversial' updates Mojang has brought. The main opposition comes from mostly PVP-ers, and it's quite easy to understand why. I am against the update but I guess what happens happens. Since I'm lazy I'm not gonna write what I think here but I've found a video that explains my side pretty well. I'd like to see your views down below.
From what I've seen, it's gonna be a pain for developers. with the "recharge" time between attacks, many plugins will need to be fixed with extra code (probably to replace your old sword after a attack). With damage-values being able to change the texture for the tools, I find that really exciting. I'm worried about some things, but also excited. Can't wait to see what's coming in the future.
As long as the Pixelmon creators update for 1.9... I'm fine with it. Except the multicoloured arrows' sprites look a little off, presumably /because/ of their colours. Darker colours need darker outlines, but not black, so they make them a little lighter. However, having very similar colours makes it look larger -.-
