    Literally nothing useful about that...
    the only useful thing is the new commandblocks.
    They have much more potential than anything else in the update.

    Let's say in some instance you can't use commands. Then elytra would be fun.

    You can always use commandblocks, as long as you're on Minecraft 1.3+.

    What about servers like Mega, other creative servers or minigame servers currently implementing it?

    Lol, but still avoiding the question, hue. In multiplayer it has so many capabilities with different people but commands are usually disabled.

    You can use commandblocks anytime. If you're on multiplayer and they're disabled, you obviously just go to a different server with them or to singleplayer.

    Again, avoiding my initial question's direction. Many servers have command blocks disabled because someone can use them to mess with the server, and only a select few low lying servers use them, which wouldn't be great.

    Exactly, so - as I've already said :I - if you want to use commandblocks you can't do it on most servers, you need to go to singleplayer.
