Rank Suggestions

1) Recently a lot of people got promoted, and now all donators and staff can change their prefix colours.
This causes a slight problem, if a player needs staff assistance, and look in tab; all they see is colours. I think that the ranks should have a small prefix/suffix in tab. Example: Mod = [M]

2) Trainee, in my opinion, and the opinion of a few others I have seen of the server does not sound like a staff rank; it sounds more like a build rank. Some better names I have heard, and agree with are;
[Trial-Mod] (Just a simple name that indicates what the person is #1)
[Helper] (I know this is the previous name, but imo it sounds better)
[Staff] (Just a simple name that indicates what the person is #2)

Everyone can, only non donators are stuck with pink, blue and the normal grey ._.

Hey, I spoke with Blue about this around 1 month ago. I saw that some other server had it and it looked like a good idea so I tried to test this out with a few plugins but they all seem to not work with the 1.9 update so Blue would have to make his own plugin. He did mention it the other day when he was coding the '/name' plugin so hopefully we can get this out soon if it is possible.
