I recently got builder and I have a plot that is around 1/3 finished, I'm just wondering if I can use the same plot or paste it into to a new one and then finish it and submit for Designer.
You're unable to submit the same plot twice. Meaning, if you submit a plot for Builder, clear it, make a new build, and submit for Designer, it will not work. Therefore, you will need to paste your work on to a new plot if you plan to submit it for Designer. Hope this helps!
If you've already started your Designer build on a plot you submitted for Builder, you can copy the build onto a new plot to submit it. The only rule is that you must build with no help from other people.
