My Question

I'm new to this server and I was wondering can we get player heads? I have gotten one from someone but I can't get one for myself? Is it possible too?

 

If you use 1.8.1, you can do //set skull:JeqDoesMC and then press ctrl + block picking key.

 

I use 1.8 and I tried doing that //set skull thing but it filled my entire plot with someone's head and it destroyed my builds.. Its fixed now.. but I apparently don't know how to use the command....

 

Well did you select the area with a wand? Then do the rest of it.

 

Yeah I selected the area with the wand, but it still like filled up my plot with their head...

 

That means you selected the entire damn plot. XD
Try select a MUCH smaller area.

 

I actually didn't select the whole plot. I selected a 4 block area, and for some reason it filled the plot...S_R_O_J_A_M can verify for me... he was there when it happened.....But is that the only way to get heads?

 

As long as regular players doesn't have permissions to /skull /i or /give there is no other way to get them. Unless you ask SuperAdmin to spawn one for you.

If you have a mac, Use control+command+pickblock. and if you spam those three buttons you can usally get the head.


That's what I do, anyway.

 

I do have a mac... do I still need to select an area and do the //set skull thing? or do I just do the control+command+pickblock?

 

I think what they are trying to say is that you fill your plot, keep pressing the ctrl-cmd-pick and then undo the world edit, is that right?

 

I dunno. But I got it sorted out jeremy_owner helped me with it.
