    Well if this lag doesn't stop I think I'm done with Minecraft. Not gonna waste money on buying another graphics card or somethin.

    Weird, 1.8 was supposed to significantly increase performance, especially on weaker computers. You should never need to buy a new graphics card to play Minecraft...
