This means that on the other person's computer, there will be an orange dot until they respond. To get rid of that dot, they have to reply, which bumps it back to your own PC... -.-;
I do have skype, but I'm not giving to to anyone. Unless they come here and meet me in person. I'm not giving out my location either... so, no skype for you.
