Look at what is happening to the server. People come, they go. It doesn't mean anything. There's no community any more. We're falling, we're breaking.

Mind being a bit less abstract? Without progress you have stagnation. Stagnation breeds boredom. Boredom causes people to leave. There is no way but forward. The past is in the past and it cannot be brought back. If you lament about the past, you rob the present.

Now with that out of the way, what are you concrete suggestions? Or is this just a matter of rhetoric?

People change. It's fun that way when you know them. When there are the same people to say different things each day. Now, the people don't mean anything. Different people, who leave just days after they join, to ask the same questions. There is no point.
