    you need to have 5h of playtime and comment here http://mc-mega.com/threads/novice-information-and-rank-thread.709/page-5#post-4844 for novice, about your elite we would need a recipt or someone from 1.0 that knew you had it.

    I re-added your Elite rank. As for Novice, if you are sure you have completed all the steps, try logging out amd back in.
