A "How to?" on the creative build ranks

I made a builder plot when I was noob, it was a small house with NO detail xD That builder plot is like 100 times better xD

If I made a build as a novice that was worthy of experienced would I get ranked that? Or would it still be ranked builder and I'd have to submit a different build to get experienced?

 

You can't skip ranks, you must get Builder before Exp. before Architect before Artisa- you get the idea.
If you actually have a build for Exp., you could save it and submit it after getting Builder with a different plot.

 

I submitted a build I built months before novice for Builder just after I got novice and I got the rank just after I got novice even though the rank I submitted after was from before after I got novice.
