    Well, two things.
    1. A ban probably wouldn't be necessary, just a temp-mute as a warning then perm-mute again if he carries on seems sensible to me.
    2. We have no proof except witnesses, you so far are our only witness, so please provide screenshots/find other people who were online at the time.
