Clown

to start please tell me if you have experienced this.

Yesterday in my school our police department had to come to our school literally because of someone taking a picture of a clown in one of our breezeways.... they made it look like a killer clown. Now this is apparently a thing that a lot of people are doing... please tell me why.

 

i was driving by the woods and out comes a guy holding ballons dressed as a clown

 

In norwalk OH and cleveland OH thats a big promblem.. people running at people dressed as clowns and a few people have gotten shot... its just the new thing now its horrible!
