So earlier, i went on the forums. I didnt quite agree with something so i said " Lets give this a disagree" then i clicke... Wait where is the disagree button? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? 3 reasons why you should keep the disagree button 1. I disagree with the fact that you deleted the button because, Lets say i disagreed on something, and i went and gave it a good old X the person would ask me why then learn from it 2. We need the disagree button, without it how will we say NO? besides repling NO 3. You did it without asking us, M8 its 1 thing for you to take away the X, but its a different story when you do it without asking us. I personally think the BIG OLD X SHOULD STAY
The disagree button is the cowards way out. If you disagree with something, reply with why you disagree. Simply clicking a button doesn't nothing other than anger people. Anyway, the only thing the disagree button did was cause conflict and provide people a way to gang up on others.
Was there any specific reason you randomly decided to just remove it one day? I didn't see any issue and it and I didn't hear anyone else complaining about. I mean seems like a kind of nit picky kind of thing to do in my opinion.
I've been considering removing it for months now, but a recent event pushed me over the fence. My explanation above summarizes why it was removed.
I like the disagree option, though I don't like how it would become a negative staple on your profile. Everybody has their own opinions, and you shouldn't be given a negative rating simply because somebody doesn't feel the same way about something as you do.
Okay, I just didn't know if it was something you had thought about for a while now, or if was something you just randomly decided to do one day. I'll trust you if its something you've thought about for months now like you said.
I like that it's gone. Now my negative points are gone, which means now people think I'm a good guy. right? right?! am kewl pls
One week later: Optimistic, as the only non-positive rating, becomes the new Disagree. Peoples often resort to Optimistic-spamming when they lose in arguments.
The percentage of going on forums is probably 90% SmartPhone and 10% PC. Depends on the screen though.
I'm always on my phone, and almost every time I would check the website. Only rarely do I actually go on this website via PC.
