This can clear up more plot room for merges, because let's face it. Some people go on, get plots, then never come on again. If they're not on every -Specified Time- their plots should be able to be claimed by others who could want to merge them.
That is possible. Just ask a Moderator+ if they can clear the plot, if the plot owner is offline for a long time. So you are able to claim it. ~Fault
I think if a user is off for over 4 months their plot should be "overclaimable", so it isn't automatically cleared, but people can claim over it if they want to do a plot merge. Though Fault brings up a valid point, this would just make the staff lives easier and would alleviate the annoyance of waiting for a staff to be on at the same time you are to do the merge.
We delete plots if the plot is empty and the plot owner is off for 3 months. If there are buildings on the plot, the plot owner must be off for 6 months or more. If you want a plot deleted, just ask a moderator+ ingame or tag them on Discord with the plot ID. ~Fault
