Me, Myself & I

Hey everyone!

So as many of you guys know, I have been trusted for about a month now. And as I'm trying to do a good job at being one, I would like to know what you guys think about me, and if you know anything I should change, whether it's my way of approaching things or my attitude in general, or anything you have on your mind.
I posted a similar message in the staff chat, and got good feedback from (mostly) everyone in there, and since it was such a success, I wanted to do the same on the forums, in order to get more and possibly better feedback from all non-staff members aswell.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and please tell my what to improve in, as I'm trying to be a good staff member on this server.
