Before I start giving instructions, let me give a brief explanation of Folding@Home and some answers. Q: What is Folding@Home? A: Folding@Home is a program designed and maintained by Stanford University that uses your PC's power to fold proteins. This can provide useful info for researchers trying to cure diseases. It isn't harmful to your computer and can be uninstalled at anytime. You can fully use your PC or Laptop while folding, so you're not giving up anything to help! Q: Do I make any money from this? A: Sadly not, but knowing you're furthering research in deadly diseases is a close second to cash in my mind Q: Does anyone have access to my PC while folding? A: Nope! Just you, your CPU and/or Dedicated GPU does computations in the background, leaving nobody access to files you have on your PC. Once again, it is completely secure with no data shared other than the data your CPU/GPU is mining. If I missed any questions, let me know down below and I'll try to answer them! I know myself and quite a few other players have lost family members and friends due to Cancer, so fowarding research is something that I feel is, to some extent, related to the community. Plus, who doesn't want to say "I cured cancer" when it finally happens
