Mod Name: Moarsigns Download Link: https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/moarsigns/files/2284576/download it adds signs for other materials that act like the vanilla sign unlike tinkers battle signs it also add a tool that can modify signs in various ways (the writing and colour) instead of destroying the sign and redoing, one way i use the tool is to make a group of signs that i write current tasks on and i can modify as i complete/change tasks(like a notepad)
It supports mods up from 1.9.4 to 1.12.2, so it will be completely useless for our modded servers, for vanilla you can use /es
