Nice build so far Maybe make the grass and sand look a bit more natural instead of just flat with steps? Also, Somme hills or things would really make it look cool!
Yeah, you should not have everything so perfect and the same, you want things mixed up and stuff, so like make the grass slowly transition into the beachy area.
