PlayTime Glitch/Bug

Ok heres the thing.

There is a bug in the game. i have been playing since 1 week ago and i do /playtime and says 00:00:00.
So that way i cant rank up to novice and i want to rankup to be builder then.

Could annyone from staff team fix it please.

That's really strange, it's working fine for me and other players...

 

Maybe, if you play on creative, try going on.. let's say.. survival, and see if it counts there. If it does, then it is possibly a glitch, as I remember somebody applied and said they played for some time and their playtime was 0..

 

He already tried almost evrything it is a really weird bug and we cant really do much so i call @BlueFusion12 for the rescue!

 

It used to say my playtime was zero but i logged off and logged back on and it went back to normal so i guess its just a temporary glitch for new players

Hmm... I wonder what the problem is. Haven't had any issues with /playtime at all.

 

It updates when you relog, if it did it automatically it would probably cause a small amount of server lag due to the server adding seconds to all the online players' play times.
