Just a suggestion, why not add pv 1 (private vaults) and have maybe only nine item slots. You could also give-access to pv 2 to different donor ranks.
donors already have enderchests. Besides, if you give all options to all players then players don't donate. If they don't have donors the servers can't afford to run and shuts down. As for lag there isn't any so not really a point.
