Use of /report plugin would send a PM to an admin or the forums or wherever useful, and the player could be banned once he has received more than 3 reports reviewed by admins. Please don't be mean about it if there is another solution. IF ANYONE MENTIONS THE BAN SECTION IN THE FORUM I WILL ATTEMPT TO DELETE THEIR COMMENT. THIS PLUGIN IS JUST FOR IN GAME MEMBERS WHO DONT GO ON THE FORUMS AND WANT TO REPORT SOMEONE.
Your idea is good itself, but the bad part is that they also have to provide proof, so on the forums it's way better as they can also provide screenshots so that nobody randomly reports a person for something they didn't do and they just get punished.
