Requirements - Must be at least designer rank (unless you don't play on this server, or your builds are amazing) - MUST BUILD CITY/TOWN this is a modern city, we do not need medieval builds - Try to build a few buildings a month. We understand that there is school and you may play sports. But still try to be on when you can - Be mature.
