Builders and designers and above need to have privileges to &3[Text] on items and signs... if not designers and above only | Because i can rename an armor stand to have colors, why not items and signs?
And what about other servers such as skyblock, or survival? There's no build ranks on either of those meaning what's the point of having a server-specific rank give a permission that is normally given to every other server with a single rank and ones above that?
