Forcing all players to use /warp nether to get to the nether is absolutely terrible. All fortresses within 1000 blocks of the warp are looted and stripped of spawners, and there's no quartz for hundreds of blocks. Additionally, it also completely ruins the idea of nether transport to get far out to places where no one has been (since /rtp doesn't teleport you further than a couple thousand blocks from 0,0).
