I think it looks too worldedited in some places, with spheres showing - That can be a big penalty. It's very light on buildings and custom trees, I highly reccomend boosting that. I always recomend doing your best for these builds; as they help build a better relations with the staff and show your true potential. Other than that, I wish you the best of luck!
